Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and patient-care skills
