Description

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a reputable rehabilitation program in Valdosta, Georgia. This day‑shift contract is ideal for a PT skilled in functional rehabilitation, mobility improvement, and delivering patient‑centered, evidence‑based therapy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver therapeutic interventions for mobility, strength, gait, and balance
Document treatments and progress clearly in EMR
Collaborate with PTAs, OT/SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety strategies

Schedule Details

5×8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks

Qualifications

Active Georgia PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
