Key Responsibilities

Perform PT assessments and create personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapy targeting mobility, strength, and function
Track patient progress and adapt care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Document all care in EMR

Schedule Details

12‑hour day shifts | 36 hours/week | 12 weeks

Qualifications

Active Florida PT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent PT experience
