This assignment provides a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,550, based on three 12-hour night shifts. Key Responsibilities of the Pediatrics RN:
• Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to pediatric patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Support families with education, emotional reassurance, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with pediatricians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols

Requirements of the Pediatrics RN:
• Active New Hampshire RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric acute care experience
• Strong communication, patient-family education, and clinical assessment skills
