Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a high‑quality rehabilitation program in Gainesville, Florida. This day‑shift assignment is ideal for an OT focused on improving patient independence and functional ability through targeted therapy.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct OT evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on ADLs, cognitive function, and safety
Collaborate with PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain detailed documentation in EMR
Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies

5×8‑hour day shifts | 40 hours/week | 13 weeks
Qualifications
Active Florida OT license
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 1 year recent OT experience
