Position Details
Unit:
Experience Needed: Must hold or be eligible to receive a Physical Therapist license in the State where services will be provided. State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and license according to the expiration date. American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred. If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver's license is required. If assigned to drive a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver's license. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, with a physical therapy degree as follows: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, if graduated prior 1/1/2016; Doctorate of Physical Therapy required, if graduated after 1/1/2016; International Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school and possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree preferred.
Shifts: Varied
Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every other month
