• Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
• Location: Lima, Ohio 45804
• Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract
• Start Date: 09/02/2025
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,675 – $1,861
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (3 shifts/week, 36 hours/week)
• Employment Type: Travel/Contract, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (Required)
• Active Ohio RN license (Required)
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications (Required and active at time of submission)
• Submission of work history and current Med/Surg Telemetry skills checklist (within 1 year)

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
