Travel RN Job Details – Cardiac Cath Lab
- Location: Troy, NY 12180 (New York healthcare job)
- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
- Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab
- Start Date: November 16, 2025
- End Date: February 14, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour days)
- Hours per Week: 36
- On-Call: STEMI team rotation, 6-8 shifts per month including a full weekend (Friday 5:30pm – Monday 7am)
- Number of Openings: 3 Cath Lab RN positions
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,250 - $2,310
Cath Lab RN Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent cardiac cath lab RN experience
- Experience with emergency STEMI team on-call preferred
- Ability to provide clinical support in both procedural and prep-recovery areas
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including procedural and prep-recovery areas
- Perform RN circulating duties for cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
- Assess, work-up, and recover patients in the prep-recovery area
- Participate in the STEMI team on-call rotation as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and compliance
