Shift: 7AM - 7PM (12-hour day shifts)
Hours per Week: 36
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470 - $1570
Patient Ratio: 1:6 (1:4 for Heart Cath patients)
Unit Features: PCA Pumps, IV Pumps, Chest Tubes, Meditech EMR

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or IMU nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients in the Telemetry unit, including Heart Cath recovery
Administer medication drips and manage central lines
Perform bubble studies and other standard clinical procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including RNs, Patient Care Techs, and Unit Clerks
Document patient care using Meditech EMR
Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality healthcare
