• Healthcare Setting: Level 2B Special Care Nursery (25-bed unit)
• Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Contract
• Start Date: December 14, 2025
• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130
• Patient Population: Mother, babies, labor & delivery
• Charting System: EPIC EMR

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of NICU or Special Care Nursery nursing experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Expertise in newborn care, postpartum, and labor & delivery settings
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal and maternal healthcare

Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns and mothers in the Level 2B Special Care Nursery
• Monitor and assess infants and mothers, delivering timely interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Educate and support mothers and families with compassionate clinical guidance
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
