Key Job Details – Cleveland Nursing Assignment

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44106 (University Circle)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2500–$2560
• Healthcare Setting: 7-room inpatient/outpatient Operating Room unit; occasional floating to main OR
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/15/2026)
• Shift: 8 Hour Days (06:45 AM – 03:30 PM), Monday – Friday
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekend/Call: 2 weekend call shifts and 6 late shifts (11am–7:45pm) per contract
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Proficiency with DaVinci XI robotic surgery (required)
• Ability to scrub and circulate, including posterior eye and eye trauma cases
• Current BLS certification
• Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD)
• Successful completion of background check, competency exams, and skills checklist

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced 7-room OR unit, handling cases such as general, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, eye, plastics, uro-gyn, and robotics
• Scrub and circulate for diverse surgical procedures, including robotic (DaVinci XI), laparoscopic, and open surgeries
• Float to main OR as needed, assisting with specialties: ortho, vascular, ENT, transplant, neuro, thoracic, cardiac, and trauma
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for safe, efficient patient care
• Participate in scheduled weekend call and late shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
