Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio (44125) – Ohio nursing jobs
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: December 19, 2025
• End Date: March 20, 2026
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing – Med/Surg Telemetry RN
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry (4 East/West Units)
• Shifts: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Alternative Shift Options: 2x12 or 4x12 hour shifts available
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,780 - $1,910

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry (within the past 12 months)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Negative 10 Panel drug screen required within 12 months of start. Nurses are currently exempt from the nicotine (Cotinine) screening requirement as of 9/30/22.

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Participate in orientation and ongoing competency assessments
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
