Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Lebanon, PA 17042 (Central Pennsylvania healthcare jobs)
• Unit: Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele RN)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/12/2026 – End: 4/13/2026)
• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,720 - $1,850
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Unit Size: 35 beds, daily census 25-30

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Active Pennsylvania RN license (no license hits accepted)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting experience required
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to float to all Med/Surg floors as needed
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Tobacco and fragrance-free healthcare facility

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with CHF exacerbations, respiratory illness, arrhythmias, general surgery, orthopedic cases, end-of-life care, COPD, and sepsis
• Monitor and manage telemetry, cardiac drips (no titration), and dysrhythmias
• Administer blood products; manage central and peripheral lines, chest tubes, feeding tubes, and surgical drains
• Interpret arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias
• Care for stable open heart surgery patients post-ICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including PT, RT, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response
• Float to stroke and peritoneal dialysis floors as needed
• Utilize Artisight virtual nursing and sitter technology
• Follow isolation precautions and infection control protocols
• Weekend and holiday coverage as needed
