Shift: 12 Hour Days (8:30 AM – 9:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1470-$1570
On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Florida nursing license preferred
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Clinical expertise in Ortho, Neuro, and Robotics surgical cases
CNOR certification preferred
Ability to float between campuses as needed

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to plan and deliver patient care in the operating room
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality clinical support
Maintain surgical supplies and ensure timely case management
Communicate effectively with patient families and update physician preference cards
Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures
Supervise healthcare personnel providing patient care
Comply with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, regulatory guidelines, physician orders, and hospital policies
