Travel Nursing Job Details

• Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Travel Assignment
• Location: Naples, FL 34119 (Southwest Florida nursing jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel RN – Operating Room
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• Shift: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts/week)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1630-$1750
• On-Site Position
• Floating: May float between campuses as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state (Florida nursing jobs)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience, with expertise in Orthopedics, Neuro, and Robotic surgery
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills in the OR setting

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare staff to provide high-quality patient care in the operating room
• Maintain a sterile surgical environment and ensure all supplies and equipment are prepared
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures, including orthopedic, neuro, and robotic cases
• Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and update physician preference cards
• Float between hospital campuses in Naples, FL as needed to support patient care
