• Location: Cleveland, OH 44106 (University Circle)
• Healthcare Setting: Trauma Med-Surg Telemetry Unit (30 beds)
• Assignment Length: 17 weeks (12/28/2025 – 4/25/2026)
• Nursing Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Current Telemetry certification
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
• Compliance with onboarding health and background requirements (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, TB/PPD, physical, drug screen, and others as required)

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients in a 30-bed trauma med-surg telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and document progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
