Location: Concord, MA 01742 – Massachusetts healthcare jobs in a charming New England setting with excellent dining, cultural attractions, and beautiful parks.

Unit: Emergency Department (ED)
Start Date: January 26, 2026
End Date: April 26, 2026
Duration: 13-week contract
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other holiday and every other weekend required

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
Previous travel nurse experience required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment according to hospital policies
