• Assignment Type: Travel nurse contract
• Start Date: January 26, 2026
• End Date: April 27, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), 36 hours scheduled/week, 24 hours guaranteed/week
• On-Call & Weekends: Determined by facility

Qualifications – CVOR RN Jobs in Arizona

• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience required
• Active Arizona or Compact Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Flu vaccination required (declinations considered with documentation)
• Clean Nursys report (no license hits)
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Willingness to float to other perioperative or surgical units as needed
• AZ home address on driver’s license not accepted
• Must submit resume with facility details, completed OR skills checklist, and copy of driver’s license

CVOR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care and clinical support in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
• Assist with complex cardiac and vascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Float to other surgical or perioperative units based on experience
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
• Accurately document all patient care in accordance with hospital policies
