ER RN Job Details – Concord, NH

• Location: Concord, New Hampshire (03301) – New Hampshire nursing jobs
• Setting: Emergency Department (Behavioral Health Yellow Pod)
• Employment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Start Date: January 26, 2026
• End Date: April 25, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience (2+ years preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• CPI or MOAB certification required
• Updated resume with relevant healthcare experience
• Two recent Charge/Manager RN references in emergency nursing specialty
• Skills checklist matching ER nursing specialty
• Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
• NURSYS report with all active RN licenses
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with Cerner preferred
• First-time travel nurses welcome to apply!

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Yellow Pod
• Float between Behavioral Health unit (6-9 patients) and ER Psych pod (1-2 RNs to 6 patients) as needed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide crisis intervention
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
