• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Shift: Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts per week (variable days), 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratios: 6–7:1
• Documentation System: Cerner EMR (experience preferred)
• Dress Code: All navy or navy top with white bottoms

Qualifications / Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — North Carolina or compact state accepted
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care RN experience (Med/Surg, geriatric, inpatient rehab/swing bed preferred)
• BLS required; ACLS and CPI preferred
• Advanced wound care skills preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Strong communication, patient experience, and concierge-level service skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate acute care nursing to Med/Surg, geriatric, and swing bed patients
• Perform advanced wound care and minor procedures as indicated
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a positive patient experience in an affluent community healthcare setting
• Float to other units as needed (rare)
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and dress code standards
