Join our dedicated home health nursing team in Newton, MA (02459) for a rewarding 13-week travel nursing contract. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (Homecare RN / Travel Nurse), you'll provide compassionate, skilled in-home care across the Greater Boston area, including Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

• Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) / Homecare RN / Travel Nurse
• Location: Newton, MA 02459 — serving Boston neighborhoods and Greater Boston communities
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Start Date: April 19, 2026 (subject to credentialing clearance)
• End Date: July 18, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour days)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing Job
• Weekend Rotation: Approximately once every 6 weeks

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of certified Home Care RN experience (required) — experience in home health nursing preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Case Management experience (required)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (MA) — Massachusetts nursing license required
• Ability to travel to patient homes across assigned areas (reliable transportation recommended)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation
• Successful completion of onboarding, background check, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities (Home Health Nurse / Case Manager)

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and ongoing patient evaluations as a Homecare RN
• Develop, implement, and update individualized home care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Perform admissions and case management duties according to home health standards
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, symptom management, and patient education
• Support patient and family education to promote safety, independence, and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation to ensure continuity of care across Boston healthcare providers
• Participate in weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks
