• Shift: 12?hour shifts (any)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Openings: 4 positions
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,010

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
• Recent experience in a medical/surgical or orthopedic inpatient setting preferred
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and Masimo surveillance preferred
• Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks
• Availability to work 12?hour shifts and commit to the full 13?week assignment
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills for med?surg and trauma populations

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high?quality, safe, and compassionate nursing care to adult med?surg, orthopedic, neuro?surgical, and trauma patients
• Perform orthopedic nursing duties including post?op care, pain management, and mobility/safety interventions
• Monitor patients using Masimo surveillance and telemetry technology and respond to changes in condition
• Prioritize zero?harm initiatives, patient safety, and quality outcomes in all clinical activities
• Enhance the patient experience through proactive rounding, effective pain control, and bedside hand?off communication
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and smooth transitions of care
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Support an age?friendly, Level II NICHE environment focused on best?practice geriatric and adult care
