Join a dynamic radiology team as a CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Technologist / CT Tech) in Charleston, South Carolina. This travel CT technologist role is based in a hospital main building CT unit with advanced imaging equipment, collaborative clinical staff, and opportunities to work on high-acuity cases.

- Setting: Hospital – Main Building, CT Unit (hospital radiology)

- Duration: 26 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12-hour day shifts)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Schedule: Friday–Sunday, with holiday and on-call rotation
- Dress Code: Gray scrubs
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,730–$1,860 per week
Key Qualifications (CT Technologist / CT Tech)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiology Technologist with CT experience
- Current ARRT(R)(CT) certification (ARRT CT)
- Current CPR certification
- SCRQSA certification
- Proficiency with GE 64 Rev Evo and GE 128 Rev EVO equipment preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system and PACS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, contrast administration, and CT imaging protocols
Responsibilities (Computed Tomography Technologist)
- Perform CT imaging procedures for trauma, stroke, emergency department, and inpatient exams
- Operate and maintain advanced CT scanners and related radiology equipment
- Position patients, administer contrast as indicated, and follow CT protocols for high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure accurate documentation in Meditech and maintain patient records in PACS
- Collaborate with radiologists, ER staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies, radiation safety standards, and quality assurance procedures
- Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as scheduled
