• Position Type: Travel Cath Lab Tech / Cardiovascular Technologist
• Setting: Hospital – Cardiac Cath Lab (Interventional Cardiology / EP support)
• Assignment Type: Travel
• Start Date: March 2, 2026
• End Date: June 1, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 40
• On-Call: Frequent; flexibility required
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,030 - $2,190

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a Cath Lab Tech / Cardiovascular Technologist in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab
• ARRT certification required (Cardiovascular or Radiography specialties preferred)
• BLS and ACLS from AHA required
• Competency with GE Innova imaging equipment and special procedures
• Meditech and MacLab EMR experience preferred
• RCIS certification preferred (registered cardiovascular invasive specialist)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in frequent on-call rotations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, cerebellar angiograms, stent placements, balloon angioplasty, and ENT Lab procedures
• Scrub, circulate, and support a variety of special procedures across a 4-room Cath Lab and EP/Interventional suites
• Operate and optimize GE Innova imaging systems during procedures; prepare equipment and supplies
• Monitor hemodynamics, assist with vascular access, device preparation, and sterile technique
• Work collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and tech staff to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
• Document accurate procedure notes and patient data using Meditech and MacLab EMR systems
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and dress code (red & gray scrubs in Cath & EP Labs)
