- Position: Cath Lab Tech / Cardiovascular Technologist (Travel)
- Location: Miami, FL 33133 — Miami healthcare / Florida cath lab jobs
- Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (33 beds)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: March 16, 2026 • End: June 15, 2026)
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour days), 40 hours/week
- On-Call: Evenings and weekends required

- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,190/week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Tech or in a cardiac catheterization laboratory
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Credentialed as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Radiology Technologist
- Proficiency with cath lab systems and imaging equipment: MacLab, GE, Philips
- Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
- Strong critical thinking, ability to adapt quickly, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate patient-centered approach and commitment to infection control standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures including interventional coronary, structural heart, and peripheral cases
- Support electrophysiology (EP) studies and device-related procedures as needed
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized cath lab equipment (MacLab, GE, Philips)
- Monitor and document patient status using Meditech and follow hospital documentation best practices
- Provide on-call coverage for evenings and weekends to support emergent cardiac care
- Collaborate with nurses, cardiologists, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to institutional protocols and infection prevention
