• Location: Pontiac, MI 48342 — Michigan travel nursing opportunity near the greater Detroit metropolitan area
• Assignment Type: Travel
• Start Date: March 16, 2026
• End Date: June 15, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1840–$1940

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (LARA and Nursys verification required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (required) — critical care nursing experience preferred for ICU/SDU roles
• Travel nursing experience (preferred)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Completion of a skills checklist for RN specialties within the past year
• Ability and willingness to float to Step-down (SDU) as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to adolescent through geriatric patients in ICU and Step-down settings
• Care for a wide variety of diagnoses including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases
• Maintain the highest standards of professional nursing practice and patient safety
• Collaborate with and supervise CNA/SNA, LPN, and other healthcare team members as assigned
• Float between Intensive Care and Step-down units to support patient flow and staffing needs
