• Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Number of Positions: 4 openings
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,750 - $1,840/week

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required — critical care nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and patient advocacy skills typical of ICU RNs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care as an ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and handoffs consistent with ICU RN standards
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families in high-stress situations
