• Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 9:45 PM), no block scheduling
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,500 - $2,630 per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (Ohio or compact state) — eligible for Ohio nursing jobs
• Minimum 1 year recent operating room (OR) experience with strong orthopedic and thoracic skills
• Experience in general, neuro, and vascular surgery preferred — perioperative nursing experience a plus
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to complete required onboarding health screenings and background checks
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced OR environments

Primary Responsibilities — Orthopedic OR Nurse / Surgical RN

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, with emphasis on orthopedic and thoracic cases
• Provide perioperative nursing care as an OR nurse, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Maintain strict sterile technique and follow infection control protocols
• Continuously monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative changes
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and intraoperative events
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
