- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment (13 weeks)
- Start Date: April 19, 2026
- End Date: July 18, 2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (Nights; may rotate Days/Eves/Nights)
- Patient Ratio: Days: 1:4/5; Evenings/Nights: 1:5/6
- Charting System: EPIC EMR (experience preferred)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 per week

Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac telemetry nursing experience preferred)
- Current, active Massachusetts RN license (compact license not accepted unless MA eligible)
- AHA BLS certification required
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips and cardiac rhythms
- Experience managing cardiac drips, TR bands, and high-flow oxygen therapy
- Comfortable floating to similar units (cardiology, medical telemetry, progressive care) as needed
- Completion of required health screenings and background checks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to telemetry patients with cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use, GU, and GI conditions
- Continuously monitor and accurately interpret telemetry strips and cardiac rhythms, escalating concerns per protocol
- Administer and titrate cardiac drips and manage high-flow oxygen therapy safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, cardiology, respiratory therapy) to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC EMR
- Float to other units as required to support patient care needs and maintain smooth operations
- Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
