Job Details
- Location: Fort Worth, TX 76104 (Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex)
- Role: CT Technologist / Radiology Technologist – Cardiac Cath Lab (Cath Lab Technologist, Travel CT Tech)
- Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab (5 labs total)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 8/25/2025 – End: 11/24/2025)
- Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), plus call (7–8 days/month)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,520–$1,640/week
- Equipment: 4 Philips, 1 Siemens labs — advanced cardiovascular imaging and interventional systems
- Documentation: Merge system
- Scheduling: Self-scheduling available
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology/CT Technologist with Cath Lab experience required (Cath Lab Technologist, Cardiovascular imaging)
- Current ARRT (R) certification (ARRT registered)
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures, including circulating and moderate sedation
- Familiarity with Merge documentation system is a plus
- Ability to participate in call rotation (7–8 days/month)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab (LHC, RHC, EP support, peripheral interventions)
- Operate advanced imaging equipment (Philips and Siemens) and CT systems for cardiovascular imaging
- Assist with procedures such as LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral procedures, and endovascular AAA
- Provide peri-procedural patient care, including moderate sedation, monitoring, and circulating duties
- Document procedures accurately using the Merge system and support compliance with departmental protocols
- Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in call rotation and maintain readiness for emergency cases
