• Position: RN Supervisor / Registered Nurse Supervisor (Travel Nurse)
• Location: Salem, MA 01970 — Salem, Massachusetts (North Shore)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 19, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour nights (Days/Eves/Nights rotation; includes weekends & holidays)
• Employment Type: Travel, On-Site (Travel RN / Travel Nurse job)
• Unit: Nursing Administration Supervisors
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2810-$2960

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years advanced Med/Surg Tele nursing experience (Med/Surg Tele RN)
• Preferred: Critical care or ICU nursing experience
• Ability to read telemetry strips and perform/titrate cardiac drips
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven nursing leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with EPIC EMR system (EPIC experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight for all services during assigned shifts — serve as the clinical resource person
• Lead nursing teams and supervise patient care to ensure adherence to established nursing practices and standards
• Act as patient care representative: address patient and family concerns and promote patient safety and satisfaction
• Collaborate with medical staff, ancillary support, and clinical services to coordinate care and optimize clinical outcomes
• Notify Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disaster situations and facilitate escalation protocols
• Conduct rounds of all patient care areas with emphasis on high-acuity patients and telemetry monitoring
• Ensure appropriate interventions for patient deterioration, disruptive behavior, or equipment malfunctions
• Provide direction, guidance, and mentoring to staff to facilitate the nursing process and improve clinical performance
