• Unit: Davenport 7 Medical Cardiology (41 beds)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (travel contract)
• Start Date: April 19, 2026
• End Date: July 18, 2026
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
• Shift: 12-hour nights — straight nights or rotating Days/Eves/Nights
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910-$2010

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac telemetry experience preferred)
• Current Massachusetts RN license (required)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
• Experience managing cardiac drips, TR bands, and high-flow oxygen
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR (documentation and charting)
• Willingness to float to applicable units as needed (float pool flexibility)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, GU, and GI conditions
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips and respond to arrhythmias in accordance with unit protocols
• Manage cardiac drips, TR bands, and administer high-flow oxygen therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EPIC EMR
• Float to other units within the hospital as required and participate in rotating shifts (Days/Eves/Nights) or work straight nights, including every other weekend
