Job Details

• Assignment Type: Travel (Travel CT Technologist / Cath Lab Technologist)
• Location: Seattle, WA 98122 (Seattle healthcare jobs, Washington travel jobs)
• Duration: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,580 – $2,770 (competitive weekly pay for travel radiology jobs)
• On-Call: Yes – typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks (30-minute response time required)
• Scrubs: Provided

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience as a CT / Radiologic Technologist (travel experience required; unit does not accept first-time travelers)
• Active certifications: CCI RCIS, ACLS, and BLS
• Proficiency with EPIC and McKesson documentation systems preferred
• Experience with Siemens fluoroscopy/imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of isolation precautions, sterile technique, and PPE
• Ability to respond to on-call requirements within 30 minutes
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures, including PCI, PTCA, diagnostic catheterizations, cardiac stent placement, left/right heart catheterization, IABP placement/removal, Impella insertion, rotablator atherectomy, temporary pacemaker, and VAD insertion
• Set up, position, and operate imaging equipment; ensure accurate monitoring and EKG lead placement for cardiovascular imaging
• Prep access sites, maintain sterile field as scrub tech, and circulate in procedure rooms
• Utilize vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose) and other cath lab devices
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening arrhythmias and assist with emergency interventions
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response
• Complete required modules and orientation prior to start
