Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1910 - $2010
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44113 (West Side, near lakefront)
• Role: Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele RN)
• Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (4D Medical/Surgical)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 17, 2026 – July 17, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts/week (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / On-site position

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel (Med/Surg Tele RN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Compact State (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications (active, no pending)
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• Two recent professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or Charge RN in Med/Surg Tele specialty (from assignments in the past 12 months)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Continuously monitor and accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapy, case management) to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately, legibly, and in a timely manner
• Participate in orientation, competency validation, and required education modules
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and safety standards
