• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,990 - $2,140

Job Details

• Daily Patient Load: ~11 patients (outpatient PT caseload)
• Weekend Coverage: As needed
• On Call: No call required
• Floating: May float to surrounding outpatient clinics

Required Qualifications (Outpatient PT & Travel PT)

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience (orthopedics or multi-specialty outpatient experience preferred)
• Active Arizona PT license or PT Compact license (required upon submission)
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• AZ fingerprint clearance card
• Experience with Cerner EMR/charting preferred
• Comfort treating adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Skills in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and Wound Care preferred
• First-time travelers accepted — great opportunity for travel physical therapists

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized outpatient treatment programs
• Provide care across specialties: orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health
• Perform assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive devices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR and adhere to facility quality and patient safety standards
• May float to nearby outpatient clinics as needed
