Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay (Travel RN): $2,250 - $2,370
• Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 — Cleveland healthcare, Ohio travel nurse roles
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Travel Contract)
• Shift: Rotating Day/Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30 or 19:00 - 07:30)
• Setting: Internal Medicine / Telemetry Unit — Med/Surg Telemetry/Telemetry nurse job
• Start Date: April 27, 2026
• End Date: July 27, 2026

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele RN) experience
• 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license in hand (Registered Nurse license)
• Active certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• Ability to work at least every other holiday
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the Internal Medicine / Telemetry unit (Telemetry Registered Nurse, Med/Surg RN)
• Monitor and interpret telemetry/cardiac monitoring data and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Participate in unit rotation as needed to meet operational needs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
