Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience (critical care RN experience required)
  • Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required upon submission)
  • AHA BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
  • AHA ACLS and TNCC certifications required
  • PALS certification preferred
  • Verification of high school diploma or equivalent (required for moderate complexity testing)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to acutely and critically ill patients at high risk for life-threatening conditions
  • Perform intensive monitoring, focused assessments, and timely critical care interventions (e.g., ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring)
  • Administer and titrate medications per protocols and collaborate with providers on care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and ancillary staff—to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to facility protocols, and support unit quality and safety initiatives
  • Participate in rotating weekend shifts as part of the ICU team
