• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 - $2,920
• Location: Munster, Indiana (46321) — convenient commute to Chicago, IL
• Contract Duration: 26 weeks (April 13, 2026 – October 12, 2026)
• Shift: Day shifts, 5x8-hour (07:00 - 15:30 or 10:00 - 18:30)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call: Every 3rd weekend (Fri night/Sat 24hr/Sun 24hr)
• Orientation: 8 hours

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of cath lab, interventional radiology, or hybrid OR procedural experience with strong neurovascular experience
• Valid Indiana Radiologic Technologist license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Fluoro Permit required
• EPIC charting system experience required (EPIC documentation and procedural charting)
• Experience with Siemens, Philips, GE Innova IGS, and bi-plane C-arm angiography systems preferred
• Ability to recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and respond appropriately
• COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccines required (medical exemptions only)
• Strong sterile technique, procedural support skills, and the ability to work in high-acuity neuro-interventional cases
• Willingness to float as needed based on census and acuity

Responsibilities

• Provide CT and intra-procedural imaging support for complex neurovascular and cerebrovascular procedures, including mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm repair, AVM/AVF interventions, and carotid procedures
• Set up, maintain, and operate advanced imaging equipment in the hybrid OR and interventional suite
• Assist with equipment prep, sterile handling, contrast administration support, and procedural imaging workflow
• Monitor patients during procedures, recognize and respond to emergent situations, and collaborate on patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and ensure timely charting of procedures
• Participate in call rotation every 3rd weekend and be available for required on-call responsibilities
• Stock supplies, perform routine equipment checks, and ensure sterile fields are maintained during procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including neuro-interventionalists, radiologists, nursing, IV team, pharmacy, and interpretation services
• Participate in orientation, training, competency validation, and ongoing education modules as required
