Job Requirements – Radiology Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) in hospital or outpatient imaging settings
• Active ARRT certification (ARRT-eligible will be considered if state requirements allow)
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience across modalities: CT, MRI, Vascular, DEXA, and Diagnostic Imaging
• Proficiency with PACS, DICOM image handling, and EMR documentation
• Strong patient positioning, safety, and radiation protection skills
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA (no local candidates within 50 miles)
• Willingness/ability to obtain Georgia state licensure if required

Responsibilities – Clinical & Technical

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple specialties: CT, MRI, Vascular, DEXA, and Diagnostic Radiography
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate screening (contrast screening when applicable)
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment following established protocols and safety standards
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records in EMR/PACS, and complete required logs
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care
• Perform basic image post-processing, quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting of imaging systems
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and hospital policies
