• Shift: Rotating schedule (Tue, Fri, Sat 6:30am–7:00pm; Sun, Tue, Fri 6:30am–7:00pm)
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Setting: Hospital Radiology – CT Unit (CT imaging, trauma imaging, cardiac CT)

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field (required)
• 3–5 years of CT technologist experience in a hospital or imaging center (required)
• Experience with advanced CT procedures such as cardiac CT and trauma imaging (2–3 years preferred)
• ARRT (R) registration and ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography) credential preferred
• State Radiologic Technologist License for Massachusetts (preferred)
• Proficiency operating and troubleshooting CT scanner equipment and supporting systems (PACS/DICOM familiarity preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, imaging protocol adherence, and radiation safety knowledge
• Excellent patient care, communication, and teamwork skills in fast-paced hospital radiology settings

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures following physician orders and established CT protocols
• Position and immobilize patients to achieve optimal image quality while minimizing radiation exposure
• Review and verify patient information, medical history, and prior imaging before each exam
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure safe, efficient functionality
• Monitor patients during procedures for safety, comfort, and contrast reactions when applicable
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams for accurate imaging interpretation and follow-up
• Document procedures, patient data, and imaging results accurately in the medical record and PACS
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and hospital policies to protect patients and staff
