- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,890 - $1,990 (competitive travel nurse pay)

Job Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience (LTAC, acute care, med-surg, or similar experience preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or multi-state compact license preferred)
- BLS Certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS Certification required prior to first shift
- Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute care settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission in the LTAC setting
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and provide direct patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching beginning at admission
- Communicate changes in patient status to care providers for continuity and patient safety
- Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees
- Maintain personal and environmental safety in accordance with facility policies and LTAC best practices
- Contribute positively to unit teamwork and engage in team-building activities
- Identify and pursue professional growth and travel nursing development opportunities
