Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience (critical care nurse / ICU nursing jobs)
• Valid Washington RN license or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Ability to float between units and sister facilities as needed
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last three years

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing for adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Manage patient ratios of 2:1 in ICU and 3:1 in PCU
• Perform continuous IV sedation, interpret and manage dysrhythmias, ventilator management, and medical/surgical ICU care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV team, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response, and Pharmacy
• Float between units as required to meet facility needs
• Participate in rotation schedule including every other weekend coverage
