Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 – $2,370
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio (44195)
• Setting: Internal Medicine / Telemetry Unit (Med/Surg Tele)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day: 7:00am–7:30pm / Night: 7:00pm–7:30am; 3 shifts per week)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse / Travel RN

Job Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required (telemetry nursing / internal medicine nursing)
• Active Ohio RN license or active Compact State RN license in hand
• Current certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Availability to work at least every other holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse on an Internal Medicine/Telemetry unit
• Continuously monitor and accurately interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs (ECG/telemetry)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document medication administration according to hospital policy
• Perform thorough patient assessments, document interventions and outcomes, and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Participate in unit orientation, ongoing competency assessments, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and telemetry nursing standards
• Support a positive patient experience and uphold clinical quality standards
