Hospital CT Technologist – 13-week travel contract in Carlsbad, New Mexico. ARRT (CT) required and a minimum of 2 years of CT experience. Join our medical imaging team providing diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,830 – $1,970
- Location: Carlsbad, NM 88220 (Carlsbad, New Mexico travel CT job)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
- Shift: Mids, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (12-hour days)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Call: 4 days of call per month
- Employment Type: Travel Contract — CT Technologist / CT Tech

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) – CT required
- Licensed by the state as a general radiographer / radiologic technologist
- Experience in both CT and X-ray imaging, including cross-sectional anatomy knowledge
Responsibilities — CT Technologist / Medical Imaging
- Perform professional, timely, and accurate diagnostic CT examinations as prescribed by referring physicians
- Provide CT care and produce diagnostic-quality images for radiologist interpretation (head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities)
- Conduct basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
- Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, biopsy/drainage techniques, and contrast-enhanced studies
- Process CT system studies, assist with surgical/sterile procedures, and perform studies with or without contrast media
- Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and adhere to established hospital policies, radiation safety, and infection control practices
