Travel CT Technologist – Night Shift in Tacoma, WA: 13-week hospital assignment, ARRT (CT) & Washington State tech license required. Join a dynamic hospital imaging team serving trauma, stroke, ER, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients in the Puget Sound region.
Job Details – Travel CT Job (Tacoma, WA)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,710 – $2,920
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 1, 2026)
- Shift: 10-hour nights – Night Shift CT Technologist
- Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
- Setting: Hospital Imaging Services – CT Tech (4 CT rooms)
- Location: Tacoma, WA 98405 – Puget Sound / Seattle-Tacoma area (Washington travel CT jobs)

Required Qualifications – CT Technologist
- ARRT (CT) certification (required)
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist/CT tech license (required)
- 2–3 years recent CT Technologist experience, including trauma and stroke imaging (required)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- IV insertion skills and experience managing trauma cases
- Familiarity with Siemens CT equipment, EPIC EMR, and McKesson PACS (preferred)
- Open to first-time travel CT technologists and travel healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities – Computed Tomography (CT) Tech
- Perform CT imaging across a wide patient mix: trauma, stroke, ER, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
- Follow trauma and stroke CT protocols, including CTA/contrast studies when indicated
- Handle an average of ~28 patients per night shift with accurate, timely imaging and documentation
- Insert IVs and manage contrast administration per protocol
- Collaborate with a team of 2–5 CT Techs per shift and coordinate closely with ER and inpatient transport staff
- Use Siemens CT scanners, EPIC EMR for charting, and McKesson PACS for image retrieval and storage
- Complete department orientation (1–2 weeks, initially on day shift) and participate in weekend/holiday rotations as scheduled
- Maintain professionalism, patient-centered care, and a positive team environment in a high-acuity hospital setting
