Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 – $2,080
- Location: Cincinnati, OH 45211 (Cincinnati CT tech jobs / Ohio travel healthcare)
- Employment Type: Travel Contract – CT Technologist / CT Tech
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
- Shift: 12 Hour Days (8:30am – 7:00pm)
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekend Rotation: Every 6th weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Yes
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience required (Computed Tomography experience)
- 2 years of Radiology experience preferred (radiologic technologist, imaging technologist)
- Specialty/Major: Radiologic Sciences
- Active ARRT(R) registration required (ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist)
- Current BLS Certification
- Ohio Department of Health (ODH) License for Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT(R)(CT) registration preferred
- ACLS certification preferred
- Broad range of technical skills in Radiology/CT modalities and quality control
- Strong ability to gather, organize, verify, and analyze data in multi-step imaging procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging examinations and administer intravenous contrast injections according to hospital and safety guidelines
- Prepare CT equipment and scanning area for patient procedures and escort or transport patients as needed
- Perform basic x-ray exams for in-house patients as requested
- Maintain radiation safety and compliance for patients, public, and staff in accordance with ODH and Joint Commission requirements
- Educate patients and families about CT procedures, contrast risks, and prep instructions
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment; perform routine quality control and documentation
- Document patient care, complete reports, and perform clerical duties as required
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, participate in weekend and holiday rotations, and be available for emergency call
- Attend departmental meetings, in-services, and participate in continuing education
- Assist in mentoring and developing the skills of students, trainees, or residents in CT and radiology practice
- Demonstrate compassion, respect, and excellence in patient care and teamwork as a CT Technologist
