- Shift: 12-hour nights (6:30pm – 7:00am), Saturday – Monday (No call required)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930 – $2,030

Job Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care RN experience in the Operating Room (OR)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Overnight/12-hour night shift experience required
- Experience in general, spine, vascular, and ENT surgeries preferred
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
- Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak)
- Perioperative certification (CNOR) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments according to policy and patient condition in the perioperative setting
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary surgical teams
- Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions, anesthesia, and intraoperative events
- Provide patient and family education throughout the surgical experience and at discharge
- Function in scrub and circulating roles as needed; delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel and serve as a mentor/preceptor
- Promote teamwork and participate in quality, safety, and service process improvement initiatives, including surgical safety checklist and time-out procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, sterile technique, and organizational policies
