ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal ICU travel contract in Boston, MA. Seeking experienced NICU RN with NRP and BLS for a 13-week assignment in the South End (02118).

Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (compact or Massachusetts license preferred)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
- Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience (Level II or Level III)
- Prior travel nursing experience a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality neonatal nursing care in a Level II/III NICU setting
- Manage patient assignments: Level III (1:1 or 1:2), Level II (1:3)
- Perform patient monitoring, assessments, documentation, and interventions
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in scheduled shift rotations including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices

- Strong neonatal assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience with ventilators, CPAP, central lines, and neonatal medication administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced critical care and travel nursing environments
