ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal ICU travel contract in Boston, MA. Seeking experienced NICU RN with NRP and BLS for a 13-week assignment in the South End (02118).

Required Qualifications

  • Active RN license (compact or Massachusetts license preferred)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
  • Minimum 2 years recent NICU experience (Level II or Level III)
  • Prior travel nursing experience a plus

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality neonatal nursing care in a Level II/III NICU setting
  • Manage patient assignments: Level III (1:1 or 1:2), Level II (1:3)
  • Perform patient monitoring, assessments, documentation, and interventions
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in scheduled shift rotations including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices

  • Experience with ventilators, CPAP, central lines, and neonatal medication administration
