Travel CT Technologist – York, ME (03909) | ARRT registered & Maine RT licensure required. 13-week on-site travel contract with overnight CT shifts and guaranteed 40 hours/week.

As a Hospital CT Technologist (CT Tech), you will perform high-quality diagnostic CT and radiologic exams across the main hospital campus and nearby walk-in care facilities (Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, Kittery). This travel CT job is ideal for ARRT-registered CT technologists seeking short-term clinical work in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 27, 2026)
• Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Shift: 3 overnight shifts/week (Wed, Thu, Sat; 7:30 pm – 6:00 am)
• Primary Location: Hospital campus in York, ME (03909) with occasional travel to walk-in care sites in York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, and Kittery
• Employment Type: Travel, On-site

Required Qualifications – CT Technologist

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist (CT Tech) experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting
• ARRT certification (Computed Tomography preferred)
• Active Maine RT licensure or ability to obtain Maine licensure prior to start
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Comfortable with travel between sites and flexible scheduling for overnight shifts

Preferred Skills & Imaging Experience

• Experience with Computed Tomography (CT), portable radiography, Fluoroscopy and C-arm
• Bone densitometry (DEXA) experience a plus
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills within a radiology department
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards for radiologic and CT imaging

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams and related radiologic procedures for inpatients and outpatients
• Provide exceptional patient care and support during imaging procedures
• Operate CT equipment, ensure image quality, and assist radiologists as needed
• Assist with patient registration and clerical tasks at off-site walk-in care locations when required
• Travel between hospital and satellite sites during assigned shifts and maintain punctuality
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (ALARA principles, radiation safety)
• Collaborate with the imaging team to maintain a positive, efficient work environment
