• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,630 - $1,750 (competitive travel sonographer pay)

• Setting: Hospital – Special Imaging Tech Unit (Hospital Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer)
• Contract Duration: 14 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 10, 2026)
• Shift: Night shift, Friday–Sunday block (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 – 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Orientation: 20 hours
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions available)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Tech / Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Certification: ARDMS (AB, OB/GYN, BR, or RVT accepted), ARRT, or RVT
• Valid state license in-hand prior to start
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Ability to complete required lab items within 72 hours of offer acceptance
• Flu vaccine compliance (medical/religious exemptions considered)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Philips ultrasound machines preferred (Philips EPIQ / Affiniti experience a plus)
• Epic charting system experience preferred (Epic sonography workflow)
• Experience performing a broad range of exams across the lifespan (neonates, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics)
• Clinical strengths in OB/GYN, vascular, abdominal, small parts, and pediatrics are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general and specialized ultrasound procedures for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Operate and optimize Philips ultrasound equipment and accurately document findings
• Provide high-quality patient care and maintain patient safety and confidentiality
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary radiology team to support diagnostic workflows
• Complete timely charting and documentation (Epic experience preferred)
• Participate in orientation, mandatory modules, and unit-specific training
• No on-call required for this travel sonographer position
